1. General Provisions
This Terms of Service Agreement (hereinafter 'Agreement') governs the relationship between the Finvectr.com service (hereinafter 'Service', 'we') and the user (hereinafter 'User', 'you') when using the website finvectr.com and related services.
By using the Service, you confirm that you have reviewed this Agreement, understand its terms, and fully accept them. If you do not agree with the conditions, please discontinue use of the Service.
The Service reserves the right to modify the terms of this Agreement. The current version is always available at finvectr.com/terms. Continued use of the Service after publication of changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
2. Service Description
Finvectr.com provides users with access to analytical tools and information for independent analysis of financial markets. The Service includes:
- Analytical signals based on algorithmic ML-models analyzing stock market data
- Publicly available market information from open sources
- Weekly stock price movement forecasts generated using artificial intelligence
- Macroeconomic indicators and market background for analyzing market environment
- Additional tools for independent investment decision-making
All Service content is exclusively informational in nature.
3. Disclaimer of Investment Recommendations
Any materials, signals, forecasts, assessments, and analytics provided by the Service:
- ARE NOT investment recommendations or advice on asset management
- ARE NOT an offer or invitation to buy or sell securities
- DO NOT guarantee or forecast future returns or trading results
- DO NOT consider the individual financial goals, situation, or needs of a specific user
Before making any investment decisions, we strongly recommend consulting with a licensed financial advisor. Investing in securities involves the risk of losing part or all of the invested capital.
4. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided 'as is' without any express or implied warranties regarding accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or fitness for particular purposes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Finvectr.com is not responsible for:
- Any financial losses, lost profits, or damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service
- Errors, inaccuracies, or outdated data in analytical materials
- User decisions made based on Service information
- Technical failures, interruptions, or unavailability of the Service
- Actions of third parties, including data sources and information providers
The aggregate liability of the Service to the User under no circumstances may exceed the amount actually paid by the User for the use of the Service over the last 3 (three) calendar months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
5. Terms of Use
View analytical materials and signals for personal use
Export data in the volume provided by your tariff plan
Use Service information as one of the sources when forming your own investment strategy
Reproduce, copy, sell, or resell any Service materials without written permission
Use automated tools (bots, parsers, scripts) to collect data without permission
Attempt unauthorized access to Service systems
Distribute malicious software or otherwise disrupt the Service
Use the Service for market manipulation or other unlawful activities
Present Service analytics as your own professional recommendation to third parties
6. Registration and User Accounts
To access expanded Service functionality, user account registration is required. The User undertakes to:
- Provide a valid email address upon registration
- Independently ensure confidentiality of account credentials (login and password)
- Immediately notify the Service of any unauthorized use of the account
- Bear responsibility for all actions taken under their account
The Service has the right to suspend or delete a user account in case of violation of this Agreement.
7. Subscription and Payment
Finvectr.com offers both free and paid access to Service features. Terms of paid tariff plans, pricing, and payment procedures are published at finvectr.com/pricing.
All payments are made through secured payment systems. The Service does not store user payment card data.
Refunds are processed in accordance with the refund policy posted on the website. For refund inquiries, contact support\@finvectr.com.
8. Intellectual Property
All Service materials, including algorithms, ML-models, analytical methodologies, design, texts, graphics, and program code, are objects of intellectual property belonging to Finvectr.com and are protected by applicable legislation.
The User is granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use the Service exclusively for personal non-commercial purposes in accordance with this Agreement. Any other use of Service materials without written consent is prohibited.
9. User Data
Finvectr.com collects and stores only the user's email address, necessary for identification and access to the Service. Name, surname, telephone number, residential address, and other personal data are not requested or stored by the Service.
By registering in the Service and marking your consent, the User consents to the storage and use of their email address for the following purposes:
- Ensuring access to account and Service features
- Sending notifications related to Service operation
- Informing about changes to Agreement terms
Finvectr.com does not transfer user email addresses to third parties for commercial purposes.
The User has the right at any time to request deletion of their email address and account by sending a request to legal\@finvectr.com. Deletion is processed within 10 business days.
10. Data Sources and Information Accuracy
The Service's analytical materials are formed on the basis of data from public and commercial sources, including exchange data and macroeconomic statistics.
Despite all efforts to ensure data timeliness and accuracy, the Service does not guarantee their completeness or absence of errors. Data may lag behind real-time market events.
Algorithmic signals are based on historical data and statistical models. Past model performance does not guarantee similar results in the future.
11. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
This Agreement is governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan. All disputes arising from the use of the Service, the parties agree to resolve through negotiation.
If a dispute cannot be settled out of court, it is submitted for consideration to the competent court at the location of the Service.
12. Other Conditions
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions retain their legal force in full.
Inaction by the Service in case of User violation of the terms of this Agreement does not constitute a waiver of the right to protect its interests in the future.
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the User and the Service and supersedes all previous arrangements.
